I think its a conspiracy.. well OK... I know its not a conspiracy that's earth shattering, but I really am beginning to wonder how many of the vacancies that are being advertised really exist.

All vacancies, including internal appointments, need to be advertised externally, so this creates jobs for unemployed people like me to apply for... but if its going to be filled internally, the reality is that the Job has already been filled, before I even send my CV and application form off, so I waste my time, and my money in applying for it..

So I wonder what percentage of the vacancies, are real jobs , and real vacancies.
